Engineers wanted: Billings firm Arrow Solutions Group helps to fill the gap for much needed workers
A Billings business that helps clients recruit technology workers has branched out to meet the demand for one of the nation’s most sought after professions: engineers.
For the past four years, Arrow Solutions Group http://www.arrowsolutionsgroup.com/ has specialized in helping its clients fill vacancies for computer programmers, network technicians and other jobs in information technology.
"Some of our clients started to say that because we’ve had success in the IT sector, we should branch out into recruiting engineers," owner Kathy Boelter said. "We have found that there is just as much demand for engineers as there is for technology workers."
Arrow Solutions Group works as a go between for companies seeking skilled workers as well as workers seeking jobs.
