Missoula based security business, Lake Missoula Group LLC goes on offensive: Internet consulting firm looks to preempt attacks

Sherri Davidoff and Jonathan Ham are a husband and wife team of security consultants who are pioneering the ever-expanding global field of IT security from their office in downtown Missoula.

Together, they started Lake Missoula Group LLC http://lakemissoulagroup.com/ , an information security consulting firm that helps businesses around the world find and fix vulnerabilities in their information systems.

The Lake Missoula office is located on the fifth floor of the Montana Building on East Broadway – it includes Davidoff, Ham and four other employees. The team’s work usually concentrates on Internet-based systems that need protection from hackers hoping to steal information from insecure sites.

As the field grows, the pair hopes to create more streamlined, preemptive security measures that will better secure networks to keep businesses and consumers safe.
