Silicon Valley vet, James M. Ellick tabbed to lead Idaho’s Commerce Department

Idaho has lured a man who helped build computer industry companies in California’s Silicon Valley a decade ago to lead its Department of Commerce after the agency was split from the Department of Labor earlier this year.
