EIP is being built to nurture consumer-oriented inventions so they grow into true innovations. Innovations that big consumer companies (BigCos) will want and consumers will buy.

EIP is a Product Capitalist (TM) firm that helps inventors strengthen and license promising new products. Often, a new product idea lacks the economic clout to justify an entire enterprise. Or, the inventor simply may not have the time, capital, or interest needed to run a business. Even more likely, an existing company is already positioned in the marketplace to leverage the invention. EIP is an intermediary that enhances the product development process for inventors and BigCos, alike.

EIP’s approach is different in two basic ways. First, it views the market through the eyes of the consumer. An invention may be creative and technically elegant, but it’s not a true innovation until consumers buy it. Second, we don’t take any money upfront. Just the oppositive, we invest our capital in promising inventions and receive compensation only when a successful licensing agreement or sale generates revenue.
