    The Amazon distribution center will not be the only business in the development called Jackrabbit Crossings. Residents may continue to see more construction in the area for a while as there has been talk of a grocery store and other businesses soon to come. “With all this development, it comes with more jobs,” Nelson said. Current job listings for the Belgrade facility can be found at the Amazon jobs website.

    Community feedback received at these events will then inform an alternative design concept and draft plan to be reviewed and finalized by all agencies later this year. The MPO, the City of Missoula, and MDT will look for opportunities to implement the Safety Action Plan as funding becomes available. A timeline for funding allocation has not yet been determined, meaning that any approved changes to Reserve Street will take place incrementally.
