Our first meeting of 2013 will be on Thursday Jan 24 and we are delighted to have Mario Schulzke as our speaker. Mario has recently returned to Missoula after completing the IdeaMensch http://ideamensch.com/ 48 state tour and Mario will share a few nuggets of wisdom from that experience!

Our next meeting will be Holiday drinks to celebrate a successful year for HVN and its members and to think about the opportunities that lie ahead in 2013!

At our HVN meeting this week, Bob Clay and Dawn McGee, who recently participated in the Spokane Startup Weekend, will share their enthusiasm for the format and talk about plans for January.

Orbital Shift is a provider of Online Employee Scheduling Software with clients around the globe across multiple industries.

James will provide a brief overview of MEP and in particular discuss how MEP relates to entrepreneurship & start-ups and how the organization can provide the tools/framework to position Missoula as as a great place to start an enterprise.

Our next HVM meeting will be Thursday July 19 at 4.30pm. Our speakers will be Jim Wingard and Maria Pascual of Legal-Atlas http://www.umt.edu/mansfield/Legal-Atlas , a very cool new "global" Missoula-based business.

Caitlin Copple, Chair of the Missoula City Council’s Economic Development Subcommittee will speak and answer your questions about the City’s economic development priorities and challenges.

We’re excited to have Elke Govertsen of Mamalode speak at our next meeting on May 31. Elke will talk about "How to make your business appear bigger than it really is!".

We will devote our next meeting (March 1) to discussing the incubator initiative in Missoula.
