Your input is requested: The City of Missoula’s Subdivision and Townhome Exemption Development (TED) process. 

The City is reviewing the current subdivision and subdivision exemption (especially townhome exemption development (TED)) process and rules, to understand ways they could be improved.  Reviewing the current process and rules will help to give us ideas on ways to provide increased predictability for everyone engaged in the development process while also ensuring that our high community standards and response to public health and safety concerns (like consideration of potential areas of flooding and ensuring access for emergency service) remain in place.
