You can never have too much of Yellowstone

In the Great Falls Public Library alone, there are 72 books including Yellowstone in the title, and 269 records under an “all fields” search. You might think that all aspects of the Park are surely covered in these pages, with no pressing need for another volume.

Ah, but John Clayton, a great writer and painstaking researcher, has given us a new perspective on America’s first National Park, examining the evolution of feelings and attitudes toward the park and how that has shaped policies toward it.
