As we continue to become more data connected online and offline, there is no question that our digital exhaust will tell more and more about us, allowing better short-term projections of our buying habits and interests. Tried to get companies to realize that, while big data is the talking point and important, companies should first take advantage of “little” data that can quickly transform a company.
