What’s the Best Interview Question You Should Ask?

At the end of most interviews the interviewer will ask the applicant if they have any questions.  Usually it’s something fairly weak or you say no.    Here’s the question that can change the whole interview to your benefit.

O.K. so let’s say that this interview has gone really well.  You knew I was the right person for the job.   Now a year has passed and you’re reviewing my accomplishments.   What would I have done for you to know it was a good decision?

You’ve not only given him a scenario where you join the company but you get an idea of the specifics they’re looking for that may not have been evident during the interview.   Follow up questions further increase your chances of being hired.
