The guide includes a virtual map that highlights Wilderness and wilderness study area boundaries, provides quick trail details (such as hike length and elevation gain), and links to agency sites on each trail listing with details on Covid-19 facility closures and restrictions. DIY Outdoor Handwashing Station Support Our Volunteer Trail Crew This Summer Learn About Our Volunteer Trail Crew For seven years and counting, MWA has mobilized grassroots supporters to improve Montana’s storied network of trails. Since 2012, 1,109 volunteers have contributed 37,330 hours to maintain and improve over 350 miles of trail. Support Our Summer Trail Projects This year, we’ve had to cancel our first four weeks of projects due to Covid-19, but there’s still work to be done. Matt and Sonny are hitting the trail as a two-man crew, tackling as much of the work as they can, but they need your help.
