Washington State Career Opportunity – Harvesting Clean Energy Program Manager, Olympia, Washington

Climate Solutions’ http://www.climatesolutions.org/ Harvesting Clean Energy program reaches across the urban-rural divide in the Pacific Northwest to cultivate common ground with a simple shared goal: to foster rural economic development through clean energy production. The program brings together important private and public sector leaders from the agriculture, rural development, energy, university and non-profit sectors.

The program fosters collaboration toward a unifying goal — rural economic development through clean energy — that offers many benefits: increasing our energy independence, bolstering our family farms and rural economies, and providing clean energy and solutions to important environmental challenges. At the same time, the program advances Climate Solutions’ overall mission of "accelerating practical and profitable solutions to global warming by galvanizing leadership, accelerating investment and bridging divides."” For more information on the Harvesting program, visit the Harvest Clean Energy website http://www.harvestcleanenergy.org/index.html .
