The True Value of Failing Fast

Over the past several years we have adopted and added some structure to the model of pushing entrepreneurs to ‘fail fast’. This is not something new and we don’t take any credit of ownership of the concept. But what has been nagging me for some time is the problem of monetizing our services when in fact a company does fail fast. A little background.
