Montana has been described as one small town with a lot of roads in between. And considering our largest city has a population of 109,000, which would be a mid-sized city at best in most other states, it’s safe to say our small towns are the heart and soul of the Treasure State.

The downtown parts of all of our small towns are charming, enticing, and quaint in the best way. Deciding on the best of them is like trying to choose your favorite star in the sky. That being said, we do feel like these small towns have some pretty appealing downtown areas.
