The Cut Bank Development Corporation hires Tom Hayes as executive director with experience, grant writing ability

The more we try to understand economic development, the more confusing it actually becomes. What we do know is it could have a positive impact on our community. Now we just need someone to define it for us, show us how it works and then put it into action. Tom Hayes is the man for the job.
