On March 5, Prospera Business Network’s Montana Women’s Business Center and the Montana Department of Transportation DBE Program will host a workshop on "Taking Your Business to the Next Level: Developing a Fast and Effective Strategic Growth Plan," with certified 1Hour2Plan provider, Todd Daniels, Montana Manufacturing Extension Center.

This workshop is beneficial to business owners and managers representing various business industries and planning for the next stage of growth. The presentation will identify the strategies, priorities, actions and available resources to move your business forward and help increase sales, create more effective leadership, create more jobs and serve more satisfied customers. The session will also feature roundtable discussions led by local experts addressing the 8 Strategic Categories to Grow a More Productive and Profitable Business, including human resources, physical resources, innovation, marketing and sales, financial resources, product and delivery, profit requirement and social responsibility.

This event will be held at the Montana Manufacturing Extension Center, in Bozeman, on Tuesday, March 5 with breakfast and registration at 8:30 a.m. and the workshop from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Cost of this event is $49 and includes breakfast, "The 1 Hour Plan for Growth," by Joe Calhoon, and presentation materials.
