RFP for 2020 Long Range Transportation Plan for the Missoula Metropolitan Planning Area Update

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit responses from qualified consulting firms interested in providing services for the purpose of preparing an updated, comprehensive, multi-modal 2020 Long-Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) for the Missoula Metropolitan Planning Area that complies with the Fixing America’s Surface Transportation (FAST) Act. The LRTP will consider transportation issues to the year 2050.
Appendix B includes a detailed scope of work for the project. Before proceeding with work tasks, the selected consultant will be required to prepare a final work plan for inclusion into a contract agreement. The consultant will be required to complete all work under this contract within the budget for this project by January 31, 2021.

Submissions: One (1) original, ten (hard copies), and one (1) electronic media (USB preferred) containing the proposal in Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format (.pdf) must be received by the Missoula Metropolitan Planning Organization, c/o Aaron Wilson, Transportation Division, at 435 Ryman Street, Missoula, Montana 59802 no later than 12 noon M.S.T. on October 18, 2019. One additional copy shall be provided to the Urban Planning Section, Multimodal Planning Bureau, c/o Vikki Crnich, Montana Department of Transportation, 2701 Prospect Avenue, Helena Montana, 59620, by the same date and time.
