While housing markets in cities like Seattle crater under the pandemic, the same can’t be said about Boise (and Montana) — despite a burgeoning affordable housing crisis.

Only 4 months ago many of us were talking about “Climate Migration” (Climate Smart and others) and now it looks like the effects of COVID-19 could be far greater….and more immediate.
