Raton tries to rise again – A former coal mining town takes measured approach to economic recovery.

"It’s not going to happen fast, but we have some core people coming back. We have new families moving in," she said.

"I don’t think I could be anywhere else," Feldman said. "Raton is going so many places and I’m investing my whole heart in this town."
