Power Up Your Nonprofit: Create your Business, Financial, Fundraising & Marketing Plan
This four session course is the only of its kind in Montana and has been specifically designed for individuals who are brand new to the non-profit sector wanting to start a new non-profit. This course is also designed to help new nonprofit leaders who are looking to expand their organization or programming.
What you will learn:
  • Clarity and fresh perspective about starting a new non-profit.
  • Solid first draft of your Business Plan
  • In-depth understanding of your industry and competition
  • Documented financial projections and marketing strategy based on industry research & geography
  • Projected cash flow for one year
  • Administrative filings
  • Developing your board
  • Shared experience with other local nonprofit leaders, philanthropists, and subject matter experts
  • Valuable resources and processes that support your non-profit planning journey
At the end of this class, attendees will have a business and fundraising plan, cash flow projections for year one, a roadmap on how to get board and staff members, a list for administrative filings, and a template for the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws.
