Employer Child Care Subsidy Program

Support Your Employees, Even as a Small Business

Child care is one of the biggest barriers to workforce participation in Montana. Through the Child Connect initiative, Greater Gallatin United Way offers an Employer Child Care Subsidy Program that helps businesses support employees with child care costs.

Even small businesses can participate by contributing a subsidy amount that works for their budget, while Greater Gallatin United Way helps manage the program and connect employees with care. Businesses may also qualify for the Federal 45F Child Care Tax Credit.
