Found this to be an interesting article. I think something like this would be a great step in creating more transparent ISP billing practices. Does anyone know if Montana currently has any regulations around ISP billing practices? As we’ve been discussing Montana’s poor record for broadband regulation, maybe this would be a good subject we could explore a little more in depth in one of our next meetings? Keeping ISP billing practices honest and transparent I think is key for consumer protection.
