Profits proofed at Great Harvest – "It’s a party!"

The day before Thanksgiving is always the busiest of the year for Great Harvest Bread Company in Billings http://greatharvestbillings.com/ , and Wednesday was no exception.

The store opened at 7 a.m. and by 9 a.m. the line was out the door. It’s stayed that way all day.

"It’s probably six times a regular sales day," said Susie Layton, who owns the Poly Drive store with her husband Bryan.

The store gets so busy it’s a tradition for former employees and their friends come back to help pick up the slack.
