Faith Cathcart/The OregonianHandmade for the Holidays, a craft show at KOiPOD salon, showcased small creative entrepreneurs. At her booth, Lauren Fitzgerald (center) sold skirts, T-shirts, books and CDs through Indigofeet, the company she operates from her apartment a few blocks away.
