One Big Sky supporters direct ire at Billings city council
March 5, 2019 /
Billings business leaders castigated City Council at its meeting Monday night for failing to support its agreement the One Big Sky District developer.
All of them sat through four hours of city council meeting for their chance to call council members to reconsider their position on the downtown development. Opponents of One Big Sky were also at the meeting; none of them spoke publicly. Council reserves time at the end of its meetings for the public to address issues not on the evening’s agenda.
Sen. Roger Webb is crafting a bill for the Legislature that would establish economic development tools for all 25 Opportunity Zones across the state.
