North Dakota Governor, John Hoeven signs commerce bill into law
North Dakota Governor, John Hoeven, along with other legislators, signed a $185-million commerce bill into law Friday. The money will be spent to develop energy and other ventures across the state. It includes $10-million to develop unmanned aerial systems programs at UND and the Grand Forks air base. The governor says it could spin off many private industry jobs.
