New Cloud Startup IgniteFeedback in Bozeman, Montana Raises Over $300,000

Bear Paw Development Corporation is a private non-profit organization created for the purpose of administering programs to help improve regional economic conditions in Hill, Blaine, Liberty, Chouteau and Phillips Counties and the Fort Belknap and Rocky Boy's Indian Reservations.

The company focuses on giving business executives better insight into customer satisfaction. Its solution creates a scorecard showing company performance over time compared to their client’s competitors.

"Often managers throw around buzzwords like customer experience or customer engagement, yet don’t measure how they are doing. We bring them real-time data," said CEO, Ben Werner.
