Silver Bow County workers say they continue to see business investors buying into the Opportunity Zone of Uptown Butte.

One building was purchased by California investors, then four others purchased by a single LLC which hasn’t been identified at this time. All of the properties are within Butte’s Opportunity Zone, an area that comes with capital gains tax benefits, thanks to federal recognition and designation in 2019.
