Montana’s first C-PACE financing to Bridger Brewing’s Headwaters Utility Association will save money, reduce water waste

Montana’s first Commercial Property Assessed Capital Enhancement project loan will support Bridger Brewing‘s Headwaters Utility Association in the form of a water treatment system.

Organizers say the system will result in $10 million in savings and 300 million gallons in conserved water for Bridger Brewing.
