Montana State University student entrepreneurs earn awards, secure business funding at annual startup challenge


Two teams of Montana State University students who competed at a startup competition held earlier this fall received awards, including first place in the competition, and earned funding to support their ventures.

The students were competing in the 32nd annual John Ruffatto Business Startup Challenge, which was held Friday, Oct. 8, in Missoula. Competing teams pitched their best business ideas to a panel of judges for a share of awards and funding.
