Montana recovers $1.2 million from oilseed company

The Montana Agricultural Department http://agr.mt.gov/ was able to recover nearly $1.2 million that a struggling oilseed company owed to farmers in the state and North Dakota, but the agency is concerned that growers might not be so lucky if there’s a next time.
