The Community Development Division of the Department of Commerce is looking for an Infrastructure Specialist with rich experience in administrative and project management functions, including a history of providing excellent client service. This position requires unparalleled integrity, initiative, resourcefulness, consistency, and diligence in administration detail as well as the delivery of expert knowledge to local grant recipients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering Infrastructure contracts and managing grants from start-up to project completion; coordinating and performing grant application evaluation’s, and award processes; assuring program and project compliance with federal and state requirements, and providing detailed technical assistance, outreach, information, and expertise to local grant recipients and partners. This position is responsible for administering Infrastructure construction grants; performing grant application evaluation’s; and providing technical assistance, outreach, and expertise to Infrastructure grantee and partners.
