I am a successful technical leader with over twenty years of experience in innovative research, development,
design, manufacturing, testing, and management. My work has been in medical devices, in-line pipeline
inspection, X-ray systems, consumer products, and instrumentation and measurement.

During my journey, I have also gained considerable experience in design controls and processes, requirements
management, quality systems, supply chain, business operations, and project management, much of it in highly regulated environments.

Technical leader and PhD mechanical engineer with 20+ years of product development, process development and optimization, designing products, executing verification and validation (V&V) programs, and independently assessing technology and manufacturing readiness across highly regulated, multi-domain environments — medical devices, in-line pipeline inspection, X-ray imaging systems, diagnostic instrumentation, and biomass processing.

Experienced translating mission and regulatory requirements into measurable, testable acceptance criteria. Direct experience mentoring non-traditional, early-stage, and first-time companies through unfamiliar regulatory and commercialization pathways as a state-level technology transfer and incubator director. Trained FDA and ISO 9000 internal auditor.
