At the Championship Training Gymnasium, James Corbin and his two children are redefining family bonding with a unique twist. Instead of traditional activities, they hit the mats for some serious taekwondo training.

“No matter what’s going on in the world, when you touch the mat, the expectations are true, what you give, you’ll get from it,” said Corbin.

His children never leave the mat without exchanging notes of affirmation and constructive criticism, which Corbin believes is an important life lesson at their young age.
