Missoula among national leaders in ‘complete streets’ policy

It’s no accident that the cover of Smart Growth America’s new report, "The Best Complete Street Policies of 2016," includes an image of a biker peddling down Higgins Avenue in downtown Missoula.

On Thursday, the National Complete Streets Coalition and Smart Growth America released their 2016 report http://www.missoulacurrent.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/06/best-complete-streets-policies-of-2016-1.pdf highlighting the best complete street policies in the country, giving Missoula a perfect policy score.
