I own J. Vader Consulting which focuses on business operations. I help nonprofits, small businesses, and startups untangle operational challenges and build practical systems that make day-to-day work easier. Most of my clients come to me when they’re growing and starting to feel friction; responsibilities are unclear, work is getting dropped between people, decisions take longer than they should, or everyone has a different way of doing the same task. I want to connect into the technology and startup ecosystem to help early and growing companies run smoother and focus less on operational crises and more on their mission.
