In 125th year, Montana State University looks to its past and its future

Students at Montana State University http://www.montana.edu/ this year may feel they’re in something of a time machine.

The university will focus a lot of attention looking back at its 125-year history, holding events all year long to celebrate its founding back in 1893 in a Bozeman roller rink.

At the same time, MSU will pay a lot of attention to planning its future. Faculty, students, administrators and staff will work to update MSU’s strategic plan and write goals for the next five years, including a plan to expand diversity.
