He Sold His Home Without an Agent. Now His AI Company, Ridley Wants to Save Homeowners Billions

The goal isn’t necessarily to eliminate real estate professionals. It’s to unbundle the job.

Early results are giving the idea momentum. Chambers said Ridley has facilitated more than 300 home sales, with sellers saving an average of approximately $43,000 per transaction.

The company has raised $6.4 million in seed funding led by Fifth Wall and says its long-term goal is to eliminate billions of dollars in unnecessary commissions.
