Harvest Thermal Delivers CO2-Based Heat Pumps With Thermal Storage To Arbitrage Electricity Rates

Many jurisdictions have electricity which is expensive in peak periods when people want the heat that heat pumps deliver. The economics of being comfortable aren’t necessarily trivial.

That’s where Harvest Thermal comes in. It has a set of components that deliver comfortable temperatures at lower costs. The components are a Sanden heat pump, a water tank that’s about four times the volume of a typical hot water heater, a fan-based air exchange system for circulating the heat, and an in-the-home control system that talks to Harvest Thermal’s Cloud management system.
