Grizzly disposal accuses Republic Services of ‘monopolization, predatory pricing’

NBC Montana obtained a complaint letter that Grizzly Disposal sent to the federal government against Republic Services in a dispute between Missoula’s two garbage haulers.

Grizzly Disposal sent the complaint letter to the Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division this summer against Missoula’s largest garbage hauler — Republic Services. The complaint alleges Republic is engaging in monopolization and predatory pricing.
