Free marketing workshops for small businesses – 3/28

Sweetgrass Development

UPDATE: The first workshop, originally scheduled for Tuesday, March 8, has been postponed to Monday, March 28 due to unexpected circumstances. Please contact Sean McGuire at (406) 727-5173 or [email protected].

Sweetgrass Development is hosting two workshops next month to help small businesses with digital marketing, including using social media and websites to reach and engage customers. Admission is free of charge and refreshments will be provided.

The first workshop is titled Digital Marketing 101 for Small Businesses and will be taking place at the Conrad Moose Lodge from 8 am-12 pm on Monday, March 28. This will be an introductory workshop designed for business owners who are new to social media and other forms of online promotion.

The second workshop, Advanced Marketing 201 for Small Businesses, will start at 2 pm on Thursday, March 31 at the Marias River Electric Cooperative in Shelby, MT. This workshop will spotlight advanced strategies for more experienced business owners who are familiar with the basics of online promotion.

Attending the first workshop is not required to attend the second workshop, although business owners are welcome to attend both workshops.

The workshops will be administered by Karoline Rose, owner of KRose Company. Karoline is a brand and marketing strategist who partners with ranchers and small business owners internationally to grow their brands and scale their marketing reach. It is more than just posting your product or service on social media, it is about truly knowing your customer and understanding what adds value to their operation.
