Entrepreneurs in the making Businesses collaborate to bring young entrepreneurs together

Bear Paw Development Corporation is a private non-profit organization created for the purpose of administering programs to help improve regional economic conditions in Hill, Blaine, Liberty, Chouteau and Phillips Counties and the Fort Belknap and Rocky Boy's Indian Reservations.

When a teenager’s skateboard was stolen last year, the owners of Denver skateboard shop Thrifty Stick offered to replace it. Then they decided to do something bigger.

They teamed with nine other small businesses, and Tuesday they brought together 40 young entrepreneurs for an event aimed at inspiring business-minded youngsters to kick-start their entrepreneurial careers.
