Workforce Development and Manufacturing Alliance 2.0 is already producing results, along with our partners at Flathead Valley Community College, for 2022! The Pursuing the Trades day last week was a great success. 94 high school students from Flathead and Glacier spent the day learning about family-wage trade opportunities right here in our community. Big thanks to Applied Materials, Nomad, and ClassOne Technologies for hosting our students. We are in this for the long game.

Our Business Matters Luncheons will be learning opportunities for you to share Employer of Choice models, tools and strategies to attract and retain top talent. See details below and register today.

Covid is rearing its ugly head right now with this new variant. We understand that people need to make individual decisions. Our events will go forward and numbers for feasibility will be analyzed on an event by event basis. Thank you.

We are meeting with former and planned leadership for this year to set 2022’s strategic plan. Tours and Manufacturing Month will be back and better than ever. If you would like to be a part of the planning,
