Dillon, Montana Downtown Street Design Request for Proposal

The community is requesting the assistance of a qualified firm to develop a downtown street design and plan to create pedestrian improvements; improvements for the central business district and a corridor along Montana Street; and to expand upon a test project that was completed in 2017. This work will ensure that the community can grow while maintaining its unique character and creating an environment that will support economic development and small business growth. The Dillon Downtown Street Design and Plan should adopt a strategic planning process, including analysis of existing opportunities and issues; direction setting (mission statements, vision and values, goals, and objectives, etc.); alignment (determining our path); implementation and execution (layout an action plan for achieving the stated goals); and evaluation (regular check-ins, measuring performance and success, and course corrections).

All proposals must be received by 5:00pm MST on Friday, June 4, 2021.
