Colorado companies struggle to find software developers

As the economy heats up, it’s getting harder for companies to find software developers, particularly those with skills in cutting-edge areas like mobile applications.

The problem is hitting Colorado employers ranging from tech startups in Denver and Boulder to aerospace companies.
