Broadband Webinar on State Broadband Policies and the Broadband USDA Technical Assistance Workshop
This is for the groups information. Today, the Western Rural Development Center hosted a webinar focused on State Broadband Policies: What Impacts Rural Availability? Here is a link to the webinar and slides – https://www.usu.edu/wrdc/webinars One segment approximately 52 minutes focuses on what we can do to improve broadband. Around 56 minutes refers to importance of planning. And, a short conversation on cooperatives and public/private partnerships 37:00 to address and the rate of return can be for the long term.
