Billings-based Travel Cafe expands in Missoula

Billie Ruff has walked the streets of the ancient cities in Jordan, marveled at another world in India and enjoyed rich French culture.

The owner of Travel Cafe http://www.montanastravelagency.com/ in downtown Billings has spent the past 16 years immersed in the world of vacations — enjoying her own and helping others plan theirs. The business has gone through struggles, but Ruff is now in growth mode.
