An Update from Red Ants Pants: Pitching in on PPE

Red Ants Pants
Friend,
You’ve been on our minds. We hope this message finds you well and that you are finding ways to stay connected and healthy while you’re staying home.

We’ve heard from a number of our dear Red Ants Pants friends interested in face masks. So, here they are!

$1 from every mask sold will go to the Meagher County Community Foundation for COVID-19 relief efforts.

These washable face coverings are made from two layers of 100% cotton. The three pleats on the front allow the mask to expand from your nose down under your chin. Cloth ties for comfort and easy use go behind the head and neck. Made in White Sulphur Springs, Montana.

We also have a limited supply of bandanas. Made in America, always.
Please note that per CDC guidelines, cloth face coverings may help to reduce the spread of the virus from the wearer to others (i.e. if someone is infected, but does not have symptoms), but are not intended to replace other recommended spread-reducing measures, such as social distancing, washing your hands, and refraining from touching your face.  Follow the latest advice from the CDC and your healthcare provider to keep yourself safe.
Pitching In for PPE
Because of our long-term commitment to Made in America manufacturing, we found ourselves in a position pitch in to help manufacture personal protective equipment (PPE).

We are are partnering with Bearpaw Outfitters Manufacturing in Billings and currently taking orders for custom general use cloth face coverings and level 1 – 2 medical gowns to help fill the gap at this time. We are prioritizing orders for front line workers and health care providers. You may email Red Ants Pants owner, Sarah Calhoun for orders: [email protected].

Share a Boost from Rural Montana!
Even though we’re pivoting to provide PPE, we still have strong inventory available from our original collection and are continuing to fill online orders even though our shop doors are closed to the public due to the pandemic. Perhaps now is the time to send a loved one that Red Ants Pants belt and buckle or a gift card to a friend who could use a boost? Let us help you share some love from the middle of Montana.

Socially Connected, Physically Distant
We know the ripple effects of the COVID-19 pandemic are being felt across the board and much more acutely for some. We also know that so many of the people in our Red Ants Pants community are out there being incredible neighbors and helping ease the strain during this unprecedented time. Please send us your stories so we can share and uplift each other. There is strength in our togetherness.

With love,
Sarah and the Red Ants Pants family
