SIX HIGH-DEMAND SECTORS

Over the next decade, Montana needs to add or retain 35,000 workers
annually to meet critical labor needs.

The goal of the 406 JOBS initiative is to ensure every Montanan has a plan for a career and a pathway to achieve it.
