How can you improve housing availability in your city?

Make it easier for citizens to build new homes. Decrease the minimum lot size per unit. Allow people to build more homes on a given property—pretty much, do what Austin just did! Asia Mieleszko’s story on the Strong Towns website gets into the specifics.
